to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact me within at least 42 hours prior to appointment. (if canceled without contacting me or out of policy hours you will be charged a 35% service charge!) if you cancel without a notice you will not be allowed to book with me again. please keep in mind that even though i am an individual this is still a professional business. thank you😊
